A Picture is Worth a Thousand Words

What is your opinion of the stereotypical images, and effigies, depicting President Obama in the media or at public rallies and town hall meetings?  Are the images over the top racially?  Do these images have anything to do with political ideological differences related to the issues?  Or just plain racist?

Do you believe there are elements of racism, fringe or other wise, because President Obama is African American?

I think there is a complete lack of respect for President Obama because of his race. How can you not believe race is a factor when have a congressman (Joe Wilson) call the President of the United States a liar during his speech on national tv. This was the FIRST time that has ever happened and Wilson dismisses as "spontaneous reaction". The people that are holding these racist signs depicting President Obama are not upset with him over his policies, they are upset because he is President of the United States.
